RECRUITMENT

       Excel Maids is an equal oppurtunities employer, utilizing personnel from various racial backgrounds in the 18-65 age range on the basis of their skills and ability.Each worker is fully vetted and trained before starting working with us in the aspects of domestic and commercial cleaning,office or shop cleaning and other areas of cleaning we provide.Regardless of their previous experience, we think is necessary to set a standard to the service.

      We operate an "in-house training programme" to enable our cleaners to identify what needs to be done, and how to organize their time and work pattern in order to work efficiently.We also train them in operation of electrical equipment and use of cleaning materials in line with Health and Safety regulations.
